“Scripture and Saints for the Path of Infertility,” a fifteen-episode series free to all users in the Ascension App, will be available beginning on April 19, 2026—the first day of National Infertility Awareness Week. The series is paired with a nine-episode Marian Novena for couples in a season of infertility, loss, and grief.

[FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Palmyra, PA – April 15, 2026]: Springs in the Desert Catholic Infertility Ministry is partnering with Ascension Press to release a new resource for couples struggling with infertility. “Scripture and Saints for the Path of Infertility,” created by Springs in the Desert and produced by Ascension, will be available exclusively in the Ascension app.

“We’re so grateful and excited to partner with Ascension on this series and Novena,” said Co-Founder and Executive Director Ann Koshute. “At the heart of Springs in the Desert’s mission is letting those struggling with infertility know that they are not alone, that God loves them and has a wonderful purpose for their marriages, and that they are witnesses to His love in the Church and the world.”

“At this time when our culture views children either as obstacles to freedom, or an absolute right to be ‘obtained’ by any technical means, sensitive pastoral accompaniment and greater awareness of the need for it in the Church are essential,” Ann continued. “The collaboration with Ascension on the series and Novena will reach many couples who feel isolated and alone, and it will help them feel seen and understood. Deepening in Faith Through Infertility

“The ‘Scripture and Saints for the Path of Infertility’ series is for you if you are experiencing or have experienced infertility, if you know one of the 1 in 5 couples carrying this cross, if you desire to reflect on motherhood or fatherhood, or if you desire to become closer to the saints,” commented Assistant Director Jillian Kubik. “This collaboration not only lightens the cross of infertility for those who listen, but it also draws every listener closer to the communion of saints. When the path of infertility feels long and lonely, this series is a reminder that we are never alone! The fifteen-episode series is paired with a nine-episode Novena to Our Lady. Each day asks for the Blessed Mother’s intercession under a different one of her titles, beginning with Our Lady of Sorrows and ending with Most Holy Theotokos, the God-Bearer.
